2120 Post Oak Blvd.

Deiso Moss is developing a 43 story mixed use tower on the coveted Post Oak Blvd in Houston, TX. The tower will consist of 25,000SF of retail, 100,000 square feet of office and 350 multi family apartments.

Woodson's Reserve.

Deiso Moss acquired roughly 11 acres of commercial reserves from Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL) in Fall of 2019. The commercial reserves are located at the entrance of Toll Brothers prestigious Woodson’s Reserve master planned community along section G of State Highway 99 in Spring, TX. Deiso Moss has installed all of the public infrastructure to serve the 11 acre site including thoroughfares, utilities, and drainage. The development consists of 20,000SF of retail, 40,000SF of medical office, a daycare, and two restaurant pads abutting SH99.

1100 Biscayne Blvd.

Founder Taylor Moss provided financing to CGI on behalf of their 1100 Biscayne Blvd. project. The financing was provided in 2016. At that time, 1100 Biscayne was was being repurposed from a fledgling 50 key hotel to a chic, lifestyle focused, 129 key Curio by Hilton.

Today, the asset is known as The Gabriel Miami. It is located in Downtown Miami adjacent to Wynwood and Miami World Center. The asset has become an icon of the Miami skyline and is often seen in pictures next to Zaha Hadid’s 1000 Museum Park aka Scorpion Tower.

The Center at Aliana

Deiso Moss developed roughly 30,000SF of retail in the award winning master planned community Aliana in Richmond, TX. Deiso Moss purchased roughly 3.5 acres from Aliana Development Company in Fall of 2018. Deiso Moss began construction six months later at 60% pre leased. Tenant finished their buildouts as Covid-19 began ravaging the country. Deiso Moss managed to retain all tenants, collect rents throughout Covid, and exited the center for a 6.25% cap in Fall of 2021. Deiso Moss is very conscious of the overall tenant mix and tenant quality when developing retail properties. We like to focus on e-commerce resistant, service based, tenants that service the surrounding rooftops within the master planned communities.

14200 W. Hardy Rd.

Founder Taylor Moss owns roughly 14 acres of industrial property along the Hardy Toll Road in Houston, TX. The site is uniquely situated within 11 miles of the terminal at IAH. The site has rail access, and currently leased to WillScot Mobil Mini (NASDAQ:WSC).
