History

Deiso Moss was formally founded in January 2018 by Andrew Deiso and Taylor Moss. Deiso Moss's original investment thesis was to follow growth along The Grand Parkway to develop mixed use concepts that would serve the surrounding neighborhoods.

Deiso Moss started with a 30,000 SF neighborhood retail center in 2018 that realized a 3-times multiple. After the first development Deiso Moss knew it had a repeatable development model and has since continued to acquire and develop land for neighborhood mixed use development.

In 2021 Deiso Moss had the opportunity to acquire an irreplaceable trophy piece of land on Houston’s prestigious Post Oak Blvd.  The acquisition of 2120 Post Oak Blvd launched Deiso Moss’s in-fill development strategy. Deiso Moss has a planned development for a 43-story luxury mixed use tower.
